Terri Klingenberg

Belpre Homecoming Coordinator

I am a graduate of Federal Hocking High School with 2 Associate degrees from Washington State Community College.  This year will be my 6th year on the Belpre Homecoming Committee and I truly love being a part of such an amazing event for the City of Belpre and the surrounding areas.   Each year we work harder to bring even more events to the Festival and this year is no exception.  We hope that you will support Belpre Homecoming by purchasing Duck Pluck tickets, becoming a Sponsor/Vendor or attending the festival.  We are still one of the few festivals that provides FREE entertainment and we need your help to continue this great tradition.  Please introduce yourself to me if we haven’t met.  I enjoy meeting new people.

Amanda Wires

Assistant Coordinator / Vendor

I am a 2006 Belpre High School graduate and Belpre native serving as the Belpre Homecoming Assistant Coordinator. I joined our committee in 2019 and bring a young mind to the team. My family and I always look forward to the homecoming and I'm glad I'm able to keep this tradition alive. I will be acting as the vendor contact person for our festival this summer. I can't wait to meet all of you!!

Kelly Cox

Past Coordinator/ Food Vendor

It’s our honor to introduce Kelly Cox. Kelly was  graduated from Belpre High school in 1980, and though she has moved away a couple of times, she always found her way back home to Belpre. Kelly joined the Belpre Homecoming team in 2007, and served as Homecoming chairman in 2020, and 2021, and remains an active homecoming team member.
Kelly and her husband, Kenyon Cox, owned the Curves in Belpre from November 2006 to 2011, and now she spends her time volunteering for different organizations in the area, including Belpre Heights United Methodist Church, Ohio Valley Rowing Club, Belpre Historical Society, Belpre Multi use Trail Committee, as well as other groups. “It’s been interesting seeing the homecoming committee change from being part of another organization, to becoming it’s own non profit committee.” Says Kelly Cox. “ I am amazed at how well we work together, as a team".
