The goal of the Belpre Area Chamber of Commerce Pageants is to find young ladies and gentleman to represent Belpre at civic functions and local events. The ideal candidate should be typical for his or her age, very natural in conduct and attire, with pleasing personality and character. The pageants’ aim is to recognize and appreciate the individual gifts and talents of the contestants and give them immediate goals to achieve. We hope that the contestants will gain poise, confidence, make new friends, practice good sportsmanship, gain public speaking skills, and take pride in their success and accomplishments. We want them to enjoy their pageant experience to the fullest. There will be practices and activities scheduled to help the contestant (and parents) to be the best they can be.

All contestants will receive a T-shirt, Trophy, and/or Medallion

Awards will be presented to 1st and 2nd Runner up in each pageant.
There will also be a Photogenic and Congeniality award in each pageant.

Queens Will Receive:
Crown, sash, flowers, plus an exciting prize package.
Miss Belpre will also receive a Scholarship Award (amount based on number of entries)

Little Mister Will Receive:
Crown, sash, trophy, plus an exciting prize package.

Application Deadline: Monday, July 1, 2008
Orientation: Thursday, July 17, 2008- Howes Grove Park

8:00-Miss Teen and Miss Belpre
